Standard cancellation policy:
The guest can cancel up to 30 days before arrival free of charge.
If canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
If canceled in the 10 days prior to arrival no refund will be given.
Special cancellation conditions Covid-19:
In the event that, after your definitive reservation with regard to Covid-19, the government issues a travel ban for your country of origin or that you have to go into quarantine when entering Portugal or if you have to go into quarantine in your country of origin on return, the contractual cancellation period does not apply. You can cancel your booking free of charge. If you have already paid in advance, you can choose between a refund or a credit towards the next stay.
If you have symptoms of a respiratory disease, please do not come and contact us in advance.
